It will be held on Friday 25 October from 9am – 2pm at the Bridges Event Centre, Gifford Hill in Murray Bridge, the heart of the Murraylands.
Minister Katrine Hildyard MP will open the event with Jaylee Cooper from Catherine House serving as the Master of Ceremonies.
The Integrated Murraylands Physical Activity Committee (IMPAC) is made up of The Rural City of Murray Bridge, Coorong District Council, Mid Murray Council, Southern Mallee District Council and District Council of Karoonda.
‘The Power of Her’ event promises to bring together influential voices, thought leaders and change makers for an unforgettable day of connection, learning and growth. Featuring an impressive line-up of dynamic guest speakers and leaders in their fields including:
– Amber Halliday – Keynote Speaker
– Julie Anderson – Women’s Sport Lead, Sport SA
– Kirsty Mead – The Embrace Collective
– Conny Wilson, Emma Grigson and Alison Surjan – West Adelaide Football Club
– Eloise Hall – Co-Founder and Managing Director of TABOO Period Products
The Power of Her Murraylands event is the first to be hosted in a regional area after a successful event in Adelaide. It has been made possible through a grant from the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing, with additional financial support from IMPAC.
